Super Adventure 3D

SA3D is the prototype name for the game I am developing with some former classmates of mine. Our goal is to marry the concepts of Mario and Zelda and create a game about traversing and exploring an open world. We began developing it using the Zero Engine, a tool created by an internal team at DigiPen Institute of Technology, before switching to Unity and then finally Unreal Engine 5.

My responsibilities on the project primarily involve managing the tasks of two other developers as well as programming the character and camera movement. That being said, since our team is small, everyone works on everything. The team is all game designers so we're able to be flexible and versatile with our roles and work on the parts of the project we feel most passionate about.

This project is a fantastic vessel for creativity when the game industry is burning me out or laying me off.
